Purchasing & Shipping
All VerdeLeaf CBD packages are shipped via USPS priority mail.
All shipments are sent out in USPS shipping boxes to protect your order with a discrete return label marked ‘Berkshire”
All sales are final and non-returnable unless your package is undelivered due to a Post Office error. We ask that you take extra care when filling out your shipping information, as we cannot refund or replace any shipment which has not been delivered due to entering the wrong mailing address.
We ship all packages via USPS priority mail which is guaranteed delivery in 3 business days. If it has been more than 3 days since your package has shipped and it has not yet arrived please check the tracking number that you received with your shipping confirmation email. Every once in a while, USPS takes an extra day to deliver. If the package is still not delivered when the tracking says it is due or, if the tracking status does not show where your package is, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time VerdeLeaf CBD’s shipping of all hemp products is limited to within the United States exclusively to the states where CBD Flower is legal. This includes Alaska and Hawaii but not Puerto Rico.
